Prior to sending a new helpdesk ticket create a log file of system events. The file should be attached to the ticket to ensure full understanding of the problem. It is very important to provide quick assistance with the inquiry.


To obtain log file please:

 - connect a USB Flash drive (pendrive) to a USB port. Ensure the file system is FAT32. Other types may not be supported.

 - go to Menu/Miscellaneous/Export of system events
