When issues regarding data synchronization between a scale or balance and E2R are occurring, the data structure restoration procedure might be required. Follow the steps below to perform the procedure. This is most often related to no synchronization in PGC controls and weighings back from the scale to the E2R System.

 

  1. Please backup E2R database.
  2. Log in as an admin;
  3. Go to Settings -> Database;

  1. Click “Update Database” button. Data structure restoration procedure will begin;
  2. Confirmation dialogue window will appear if the procedure was successful;
